On August 18, 2007, from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm, we will be holding our 5th Annual Adult Sip n Dip Party.  All neighbors, 21 years and older, are invited to join us.  Come party with your friends and neighbors, relax and enjoy some great times.  Bring an appetizer or munchies to share.  You may also bring your own light alcohol for this special party (No Bottles/ No Exceptions).

The Anuual Beachwood Community Clean Up will be scheduled for sometime in September.  We will request 3 or 4 dumpsters, to be used by the community, for a one day only clean up of their residence and the community.  In order to host this event, we will need volunteers to make sure that all refuse is in compliance with the County.  Normal household items are accepted.  Please contact Chrissy Bennett if you are able to donate a 1/2 hour of your time.

Well, the community bull roast, held February 17, 2007, was a huge success.  Many of our community members came out for a night of fun and entertainment and we raised funds for community projects and events.  The bull roast this year made a profit of $2,727.00.

Special thank you goes to Chrissy Bennett for putting the entire bull roast together and making it an enjoyable night for everyone in attendance.  We would also like to thank Brian & Donna Auvil for the geat food at our event.  Brian and Donna are community members and own a catering business, which has provided the food for our bull roast the last two years.  Great as always.  We would also like to thank Mark Clemons for the silent auction of memorabilia items and the laydowns for a couple of silent auction items.  It proved to be a huge success.
