Please note that County Regulations require that one (1) lifeguard be present for every thirty - five (35) persons within the pool enclosures.   The pool is available to eligible homeowners in Beachwood Estates during the off hours of the pool for two (2) hours or four (4) hour rentals.  Evening rentals would be 7:00pm - 11:00pm or 8:00pm -10:00pm/ Morning rentals 10:00 am-12 Noon or 10:00am-1:00pm, pending there are no classes or Hoa events.  Rental requests need to be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date’s event.   The homeowner is responsible for all quests and is aware of the Rules and Regulations that need to be upheld by all.

Payment needs to be attached to the pool rental forms.  If you need to make other arrangements for payment please contact the pool committee.

If for any reason the event is canceled or postponed, American Pool Management (410) 363 6800, 11408 Cronridge Drive, Suite F, and Owings Mills, MD 21117 must be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event or you will be billed accordingly.  If a cancellation notice is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, the
undersigned will be responsible for payment.

Rental fees:  $30.00 per hour for the pool and $22.95 per hour per lifeguard per hour and a $35.00 processing fee.

One lifeguard is required for 1 to 35 people.
