BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

I. Call to Order: 7:00
II. Attendance: Directors, Cindy G., John W., Rebecca B., Alan S.
Committees: Tammy Crumley.
III. Minutes of August 28, 2006 board meeting approved by Cindy and John.
IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
ARC: House at 4501 Greencove and Sand wood Road resident, Dale Hunter, (Newsletter Sponsor) has a boat stored in front of the house which needs to be addressed.
GROUNDS: The Board approved $1,000 for Fall 2006 Landscaping work such as removal of dead trees on HOA property, Bug spray shrubs at pool, and trim plants at Todd Point and pool. Dead trees will be replaced in Spring.
POOL: The Board approved $422 for winterization of the pool by American Pool Management. The Board approved $300 for camera upgrade for pool and all are installed. The Board approved funds to replace damaged chairs and umbrellas at the pool.

Community Clean Up proposed for October 14, 2006,

V. NEW BUSINESS: Car break-ins on Todd Point this past week. Tammy Crumley spoke with the community outreach officer, Mr. Raynor, and he will meet with her and board members tomorrow, at 5:30 PM to discuss recent crime here.
VI. PROPOSED BY-LAW REVISIONS: Cindy has been working on these and hopes to have proposal for community mailing in February or March 2007.
