The boat storage area is located on Wise Ave. Ext. on the left
hand side as you approach the entrance to North Point Cove Marina.
The storage area can accommodate approx. 10 boats and is available
on a first come first serve basis. Some community members
have asked if the storage area can be used to park trailers or campers
and the current answer is no. The storage area was originally
designed for boats and boats only. We will be voting in May
as to whether the community would allow trailers or campers to be
stored in this area. We will also be talking with the community
members that houses are directly across from the storage area to
get their direct input, since they will be affected the most by
any change.
To find out if there is any space available for you personal
boat, please contact Erika at MRA. The storage area is for
Beachwood Estates community members only.

We will be adding a new stone underlayment to the boat storage
area in July, 2007. As such, we will need all boats and trailers
removed from the storage area no later than July 15, 2007. Any
boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. remaining in the boat stoarge area
after July 15th will be towed away at the owner's expense. Once
we have completed the repairs to the boat storage area and we
have configured it to accommodate the maximum number of boats and
trailers, we will notify those owners who have submitted a request
to store a boat or trailer in the storage area. If suffucient
space is not available for all owners who have requested a space,
a random drawing will be held to accommodate as many as possible.
All boats and trailers being stored in the storage area will
need to be properly tagged and registered with DNR and the MVA as
required. Any boat or trailer stored in the boat storage
area will now need to contain a sticker provided by the HOA. A
new drawing for spaces will be conducted each year in April starting
in 2008.
